| Mimiko Delivery Terms. Mimiko will take all due care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and as soon as practical following the confirmation of your order. Should you wish to enquire about the status of any order you have placed with Mimiko please contact our freight tracking department on: tracking@mimiko.com.au. You will need to supply your order number, date of placement and payment method details with your enquiry. Delivery in Australia: expect your delivery within 21 days of order confirmation (you will be notified if there is any delay). Where payment is via cheque or money order, your order will be shipped as soon as payment has been cleared. Overseas delivery: Mimiko mail anywhere in the world - delivery time varies according to destination. Sold Out and Back Orders On the rare occasion where an item is sold out or on back order you will be notified within 2 working days. Mimiko will not processed Credit card charges until your order is dispatched. FREIGHT Charges Australia: Add 10% to the total value of your order. Subject to a minimum charge of $5.00, and a maximum of $35.00. Postage rates to Australian destinations are subject to 10% GST. Overseas orders: Air mail postage is charged at a cost according to weight, standard Australian airmail charges will apply. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. You will be notified of postage charges (in AUS $) by e-mail prior to items being dispatched. Freight charges will be added by Mimiko staff when processing your order, but are not shown in the shopping cart total. Returns and Refunds If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from Mimiko simply return your purchase within 30 days of the date on your invoice for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in their original, saleable condition. Saleable condition means they must not have been used, washed or soiled, must be in their original product packaging. Mimiko is unable to refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. All decisions regarding a request for a refund or exchange are made at the sole discretion of Mimiko. Faulty Goods or Goods Damaged in Transit If your purchase is faulty or damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement at no charge, freight free. A faulty product does not include products which are the wrong size or fit (use Returns section above), unless this is the result of faulty manufacture. You will need to return the product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to Mimiko for assessment. Method of Refund Mimiko will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or money order. How to Make a Return Please return the product in its original, saleable condition (see details above).
